Laced Stimulants

Laced Stimulants is a Perk added in the v0.21.0 "Plumpkin Panic" update on October 31st, 2024. It makes adrenaline deal damage instead of healing the player.

Effects

• Makes adrenaline damage you at half of its healing rate instead of healing, stops when you reach 5 health

Obtaining

Laced Stimulants can be obtained from Plumpkin Gamble which drops from Diseased Plumpkins.

Strategies

Using

• Laced Stimulants is a negative perk and it gives 0 advantage to the players having it. You can try to reroll the perk using Plumpkin Gamble.
• If you are stuck to this perk and can't swap it out, you can try to find a Tear Gas Crate to remove your adrenaline if you have any.
