Rotten Plumpkin is a Perk added in the v0.21.0 "Plumpkin Panic" update on October 31st, 2024. It makes players vomit and lose 5% adrenaline and 5 health.

Effects

• Every 10 seconds, lose 5% adrenaline and 5 health along with forcing you to emote the vomitting face emote

Obtaining

Rotten Plumpkin can be obtained from Plumpkin Gamble which drops from Diseased Plumpkins.

Strategies

Using

• Rotten Plumpkin is a negative perk and it gives 0 advantage to the players having it. You can try to reroll the perk using Plumpkin Gamble.
• Try to reroll the perk as soon as possible as this perk can become annoying very quickly.
