The Bookshelf is an Obstacle added in the v0.9.0 "Behind Closed Doors" update on July 30th, 2023.

Location & Spawning

One Bookshelf spawns each in the Bedroom, Bathroom, and Garage areas of the House and the Bedroom and Living Room areas of the Small House. One bookshelf also spawns each in the Shed and on the Ship in the Port.

Loot & More

Bookshelves can drop equipment, scopes, guns, and healing items when broken.

Tips

• Bookshelves can be used as cover in some situations, but it is better to break them for loot.
